Between 1:52pm - 3:04pm we experienced an issue with our advanced validation on selfie uploads. This will have prevented some users from uploading selfies correctly through our web & android SDKs. This issue has now been resolved and users are able to upload selfies as normal. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
